Remember, it was two weeks ago…
On September 21, during the European Heritage Days, Cordier organized a Heritage Aperitif at the historic Café de Paris production site in Cubzac-les-Ponts. The event, in partnership with the Fédération Française des Vins d’Apéritif, was a real success.
Nearly 150 people gathered in the sunshine, not far from the Eiffel Bridge, for a tasting of local products with original food and wine pairings:
– Café de Paris Brut Blanc de Blancs, Vin de France, with oysters from the Bassin d’Arcachon, accompanied by rye bread from boulangeries Lacaze, made with flour supplied by Episens by InVivo.
– The Café de Paris demi sec was served with Grenier Médocain, a sweet and spicy combination, or with Graton de Lormont.
– Finally, the non-alcoholic Café de Paris seduced with its delicious taste, this time to be consumed without moderation.
Architectural and natural heritage tours also enabled participants to discover the richness of this Gironde village, which deserves to be better known.
