At Cordier, we produce alcohol-free wines with our Artis and Bonne Nouvelle brands, as an alternative for people seeking to consume alcohol responsibly or to avoid the negative effects of alcohol on their health.
But above all, our priority is the safety of all our employees, thanks to whom we produce our wines.
Actions :
As part of our “All Safe Together” occupational health and safety policy, a Safety Week is organized every year: during this week, at all our sites, events on safety at work are held, with the aim of getting every Group employee to take part in a workshop, which is a real vector for improving the safety culture.
In 2023, Safety Week took place between January 23 and 27.
All employees were mobilized: the Managing Director, plant directors, managers, CSE members and all head office and production site staff, with 326 employees taking part. The presentations, provided by external speakers, were in line with site risks.
The aim : to reduce the number of accidents in the workplace.
