On October 18, the first edition of the À la Carte exhibition was held in Bordeaux, organised by the Cordier & Mestrezat teams.
The programme included a tasting session to showcase the innovations and ambitions of our brands Café de Paris & Maris for the 2021 vintage. Also participating were De Saint-Gall champagne and Mestrezat’s partner châteaux and families such as La famille Vauthier, Château Lassègue and Château Brown.
Discovery workshops were held throughout the day: Café de Paris cocktails created in situ, the art of champagne blending unveiled by Cédric Jacopin; cellar master of Saint-Gall champagnes; and a lecture on the life of soils by Robert Eden which fascinated the participants and in particular the sommelier students of the CAFA in Bordeaux.
Also worthy of note: Jardiland, part of the InVivo group, provided all the floral decoration.
