Back to the Mestrezat barometer event

On Thursday 14 April, the Mestrezat Grands Crus teams received the partner châteaux at the Grand Hôtel de Bordeaux to present their Consumer Barometer carried out in collaboration with the Areni Global agency.

For this 3rd edition, the study focused on a key sector for the consumption of grands crus: the restaurant business.

What are the levers to adapt in terms of wine list, service and experience?

How can we support the restaurant industry in the face of its recent transformations?

The barometer helped to answer these questions, to understand consumers’ expectations and the evolution of their behaviour in a post-COVID world by giving the partners key tools to adapt to these changes.

In addition to the results of the study, a panel of key witnesses was able to discuss their vision of trends in the consumption of fine wines in restaurants.
